Michelle’s commitment to compassionate care began with her own experience caring for her grandparents, which led her to establish Gentle Hearts Living Solutions. Nicholas Sayles is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Gentle Hearts Living Solutions, a Senior Placement and Referral Agency dedicated to helping families navigate senior living options. Originally from Prescott, Nicholas has called Phoenix home for the last 15 years, where he resides with his wife and two children. With over a decade of experience in healthcare as a Registered Nurse, his professional journey includes roles as an ER nurse and as a nursing director in the hospice industry. This extensive clinical background, combined with his passion for serving others, drives Nicholas to provide compassionate and expert guidance for seniors and their families as they seek the best possible care and living environments. Since 2008, Kari has excelled in roles across marketing and community education, serving as a Marketing Director and Director of Business Relations in various healthcare settings. Her ability to develop strong relationships and build a network of trusted resources has greatly benefited the families and clients she supports.

Kari’s passion for helping others is evident in her diverse experience across urgent care centers, emergency rooms, skilled nursing facilities, multi-level care campuses, and the hospice and palliative care sectors. Known for her compassion and advocacy, Kari is dedicated to ensuring her clients receive the best possible care and guidance.

Zac’s passion for senior care is rooted in his personal experiences growing up on a family farm, where his grandparents played a pivotal role in shaping his character and values. Inspired by these lessons, Zac found his calling in senior placement and referral services, where he strives to connect families with quality care that suits their unique needs.

A native of Arizona, he is deeply committed to serving the community he grew up in and is proud to be part of the Gentle Hearts team, where he helps families make informed decisions during one of the most critical times in their lives.
