Michelle Sayles is the founder of Gentle Hearts Living Solutions. A Certified Placement and Referral Specialist, she also holds a Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree from Arizona State University. She has been in the healthcare industry for over a decade specializing in hospice and palliative care, skilled nursing facilities, and hospitals. Michelle has excelled as a Clinical Resource Nurse, specifically for residential care communities. Her vast experience as a registered nurse gives her the ability to assess each client and their needs to help find their forever home. Michelle founded Gentle Hearts Living Solutions because she felt there was a need to help families and their elderly loved ones navigate through the maze of finding the perfect home or community. Her passion and drive is to work extra hard for you, so you can focus on the care of your family. Nicholas Sayles is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Gentle Hearts Living Solutions, a Senior Placement and Referral Agency dedicated to helping families navigate senior living options. Originally from Prescott, Nicholas has called Phoenix home for the last 15 years, where he resides with his wife and two children. With over a decade of experience in healthcare as a Registered Nurse, his professional journey includes roles as an ER nurse and as a nursing director in the hospice industry. This extensive clinical background, combined with his passion for serving others, drives Nicholas to provide compassionate and expert guidance for seniors and their families as they seek the best possible care and living environments. His commitment to client-centered service and leadership ensures that every family feels supported and informed during one of life's most important transitions.

Marbeth Soler is a Senior Placement and Referral Specialist as well as a Certified Dementia Practitioner. She and her family have been in Treasure Valley since 2004. Before working in the Senior Living environment, Marbeth was in the Financial Industry for over 30 years and became a Realtor. Over the last 8 years, she has helped numerous families transition within and from out of state to Senior Living: Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. She has found her niche and enjoys building relationships, helping families with these very difficult decisions, and being an advocate for residents and their families. She is intimately familiar with the senior communities here in Idaho and is a sensitive and discerning voice in preparing you for the next chapter in life. Marbeth prides herself on being a dedicated resource for her clients, and will walk them through the process from start to finish, and, most importantly, follow up once moved in. In addition to maintaining the respect of her industry peers, her career has always been marked by Five Star Customer Service - because her heart is in the right place!

Matt Shadle grew up in a Navy household where he gained a deep appreciation for uniformed service men and women. After completing his undergraduate studies in Psychology, Matt dedicated himself to serving vulnerable populations, working as an advocate for at-risk youth and adults with developmental disabilities. He developed an interest in population health and public policy and went to work for the State of Colorado in the field of healthcare regulatory compliance. He learned the intricacies of the healthcare system and developed an appreciation for people and organizations committed to providing exceptional patient-centered care. Matt pursued a master's degree in health services administration before transitioning to the private sector of healthcare. As a director of health services, he partnered with residents, loved ones, caregivers and medical professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for residents of assisted living and memory care facilities. Later, as a retirement counselor, he guided prospective residents and their families through the important decision of transitioning into a retirement community. Matt finds true fulfillment in applying his background, education and experience to assist seniors and their loved ones in his role as a senior placement specialist. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the Boise foothills with his wife and two dogs, and playing hockey and tennis with his buddies.
